A man presented with a 84 year history of slowly growing lesions below the lid bottom right. Examination showed a mass in the right side of the bulbar conjunctiva is low, measuring approximately 10 × 6 mm. This lesion is cut and shows the rich giant cell tumor of fibrous insulation (GCR-SFT) with pseudo-vascular spaces with benign cytology, with stat-6, expressed in spindle, oval, and tumor giant cells.
A second case, a white female 26 years old, presented with a history of 12-month lesions developed gradually in the left inferior bulbar conjunctiva. Examination showed well defined, dome-shaped pink fleshy mass of 10 × 7 × 2 mm, on the bulbar conjunctival fornix inferior and inferior borders. Excision followed by histology shows an interface similar to the first case except that multinucleate giant cells closely resemble Touton giant cells and does not indicate a somewhat hyperchromatic solid core of giant cells was observed in the first case.

LncRNA MIR194-2HG Improve Cell Proliferation and Metastasis by Regulation miR-1207-5p / TCF19 / Wnt / β-catenin in Liver Cancer
Objective: LncRNAs play an important role in tumorigenesis and cancer progression in liver cancer. Although many lncRNAs have been reported, the role MIR194-2HG and the underlying mechanisms mediated by the still unknown in HCC. This study aims to investigate the biological role and mechanisms MIR194-2HG in liver cancer.
Materials and Methods: Expression MIR194-2HG determined in liver cancer tissues and cells by RT-qPCR. Overall survival rate MIR194-2HG analyzed by Kaplan-Meier survival analysis. 3- (4,5-dimethylthiazol-2-yl) -2,5-diphenyltetrazolium bromide (MTT), colony formation, and Transwell test performed to detect cell migration and invasion. Western blotting was used to measure levels of all proteins. Mechanisms of regulation of MIR194-2HG / miR-1207-5p / TCF19 axis in liver cancer was investigated by dual-luciferase reporter activity assay, Kaplan-Meier survival analysis, and Western blotting.
Results: MIR194-2HG is upregulated in liver cancer tissues and cell lines. liver cancer patients with higher expression of MIR194-2HG revealed poor overall survival compared to those with lower expression of MIR194-2HG. MIR194-2HG promoted proliferation, migration, and invasion of HepG2 and Huh7 cells by acting as a mechanism for miR-1207-5p Cerna / TCF19 axis to activate the Wnt / β-catenin signaling pathway.

Description: CD34+ stem cells are multipotent and can give rise to all cell types in blood. CD34 cells are most known for its expression on hematopoietic progenitor cells found in bone marrow and cord blood.
