Objective: Few studies have investigated small cell lung carcinoma (EPSCC) in a systematic way. This study is to analyze EPSCC at 11 sites in the tumors of various aspects of the United States (1975-2016). Methods: 4397 patients diagnosed with EPSCC in 11 primary tumor site is selected from the Surveillance, Epidemiology and End Results (SEER) database. EPSCC incidents in the last decade and the survival rate 1, 3 and 5 years respectively also roughly calculated the tumor site. Prognostic factors EPSCC performed with Cox regression analysis. Results: Statistically, EPSCC incidence is on the rise during the last 30 years. Of the 11 sites of the primary tumor, the bladder is most often affected while the stomach and kidneys are rarely affected. Men are more prone to EPSCC than women. patients who have been married more often attacked EPSCC, but had to survive longer. The most intensive cases in California and a rising trend has been observed. The overall level of 5-year survival (OS) ranged from 2.0% to 42.5% in patients with EPSCC in 11 tumor site (P <0.001). OS is better for EPSCC in the breast and cervix. However, citing tumors in the colon, esophagus, pancreas, rectum and stomach are all associated with poorer survival. Characteristics and prognosis of EPSCC in different tumor sites were statistically significant (P <0.001). Age, gender, marital status, stage, surgery, radiotherapy and chemotherapy is equally significant factor EPSCC patient survival (P <0.05). Conclusion: There is a tendency to increased incidence of EPSCC. EPSCC survival in different tumor sites were significantly different. In addition to tumor location, age, gender, marital status, stage, surgery, radiotherapy and chemotherapy are all important factors for survival. This study has implications for the prevention and treatment of EPSCC.

Here, we describe a protocol for the establishment of the vagina murine fibroblast cell line by enzymatic digestion of the vaginal canal network. cell lines generated using this method can be used for in vitro studies of this important structural cells in various pre-clinical mouse model; The study is required to identify and characterize therapeutic targets and the relevant regulations in various diseases of interest. Analysis of the correlation between changes in the N-glycans and invasive in liver cancer cell lines
N-glycoforms of glycoproteins modify protein function and control a number of biological pathways. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between changes in the N-glycans and cancer aggressiveness in terms of the ability of the cancer cell invasion. The expression of urokinase-type plasminogen activator (uPA) and N-acetylglucosaminyltransferase V (GNT-V) in liver cancer cell lines were analyzed by western blotting. Invasive cells were analyzed by Matrigel invasion test. uPA and GNT-V expression in liver cancer cell lines was knocked down by RNA interference. Furthermore, uPA is expressed in liver cancer cells using lentiviral vectors, and HepG2 cells expressing mutant strain uPA deficiency of N-glycans established. An assisted glycoblotting matrix-assisted laser desorption / ionization-time-of-flight / mass spectrometry-based quantitative analysis of liver cancer cell lines do, where invasive amended by modifying the expression of uPA and GNT-V. N-glycan profile was found to differ between highly invasive liver cancer cell lines HLE and less invasive cell line HepG2. Expression of some N-glycans, including forms with m / z = 1892, amended in accordance with invasive controlled by the knockdown and overexpression of uPA. The invasion of HepG2 cells with mutant uPA did not increase regardless of the level of expression of uPA. Here GNT-V knockdown and alteration of N-glycan, uPA expression did not change, whereas decreased cell invasion.

One N-glycan (m / z = 1892) is common among the N-glycans in the comparative analysis between HLE and HepG2, HLE and uPA knockdown HLE, HepG2 and uPA-expressing HepG2 and HLE and GNT-V cells knockdown HLE and in among the N-glycan profile in human uPA. Therefore, N-glycosylation is an important factor controlling liver cancer cell invasion, and a special N-glycan (m / z = 1892) associated with liver cancer cell invasion through uPA identified in this study.
